By purchasing a ticket to any LOUDHOUSE event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all ticket holders and attendees.
1. Ticket Purchase
It is your responsibility to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Errors or changes of mind may not be accommodated after purchase.Each ticket grants one (1) person entry to the specified event, subject to venue capacity and conditions.
2. Event Entry
All events are strictly 18+ unless otherwise stated. Valid photo identification is required for entry.Entry may be refused or revoked at the discretion of venue staff or security for reasons including (but not limited to):Intoxication
Disorderly behaviour
Failure to comply with venue rulesNo refunds will be issued where entry is refused due to failure to comply with these conditions or venue policies, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Event Changes
LOUDHOUSE reserves the right to modify event details at any time. This includes, but is not limited to:Lineups (DJs)
Set times
Venue areas or layout
Event durationEvents may be cancelled or rescheduled if required. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at purchase.
4. Refund Policy
Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.Refunds may be offered in the following circumstances:The event is cancelled
The event is rescheduled and you are unable to attendRefund requests must be made through the ticketing platform or official contact channels.No refunds will be provided for:Change of mind
Illness or personal circumstances
Weather conditions
Lineup or event changes
Denied entry due to behaviour or intoxication
5. Event Runtime
Event start and end times are subject to venue licensing and operational requirements. LOUDHOUSE and the venue reserve the right to adjust event times if necessary.
6. Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold for profit or commercial gain. LOUDHOUSE reserves the right to cancel any ticket suspected of unauthorised resale.
7. Personal Risk
By attending, you acknowledge that events may involve loud music, crowds, and other inherent risks. You attend at your own risk and agree that LOUDHOUSE, its staff, and the venue are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage except where required by law.
8. Venue Policies (Drugs, Alcohol & Conduct)
Security measures, including bag checks and ID scanning, may be in place at the venue. Entry is subject to the venue’s terms and conditions and security policies. Any patron found in possession of prohibited or illegal items, under the influence, or flagged by the venue’s security systems, may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
All attendees must comply with venue rules and security directions at all times.
9. Marketing & Artist Representation
LOUDHOUSE events are not affiliated with or endorsed by any artists referenced in promotional materials.Any artists, imagery, or themes used in marketing are for promotional or stylistic purposes only.
10. Photography & Videography
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Content captured may be used for promotional purposes across social media and marketing channels without compensation.If you do not wish to appear in content, please notify the photographers and videographers on the night.
11. Data & Marketing Consent
By purchasing a ticket, you may receive event-related communications via email or SMS. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
LOUDHOUSE reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published online and take effect immediately.Last updated: April 2026
